WW Litter
Lovely bred to Cantor
This is a repeat of the RR and TT litters.
(The last repeat of this combination, the YY litter, was whelped 10/9/23)
Whelped 1/16/22:  2 black and tan females and 1 black male
Miss Green (now “Shiloh”) went to Colorado for competition and therapy dog work.  Miss Pink (now “Rainey”) went to Utah for therapy dog work.  Mr. Purple (now “Porter”) stayed in Wyoming and, as a therapy dog, will help his owner in his counseling work.

Porter (Celhaus Wyoming’s Pitch Black Porter) at 3 years 5 months
“Porter had a blast on our road trip in Idaho.  He is affectionate, intelligent and goofy.  Fetch is still by far his favorite activity, but he’s enjoyed hiking lately as well, especially when he gets to swim and sniff everything in sight.”

Shiloh (Celhaus Wind in Wyoming) at 3 years 5 months
“In the wilds of Iowa. Shiloh not caring that she was just chastised for chasing chickens. She wasn’t aggressive towards them, just enjoying the chase.  She was proud of herself!  I will work on a better introduction.”

Shiloh at 3 years 2 months

Photo 2:  “Shiloh and I went for a walk today in Old Town Fort Collins. She was so good.  She has really matured (or maybe I have matured).”

Rainey (Celhaus Walk Beside Me Rain or Shine) at 3 years 6 months
Photo 1:  “Rainey passed her Canine Good Citizenship test tonight!  We start therapy dog class soon.”
Photo 2:  “Rainey says hi!”

Rainey at 3 years 5 months
June 21:  “Rainey graduated to the Phase 2 level of her training today after only three Phase 1 classes.  Next week we train twice per week.  More distractions and some outdoor off leash.  The first week was individual, then these past 3 were group, and now 3 months of advanced group.  Then test for CGC, then therapy class.  She’s been a favorite of a couple of the trainers there.  She gets different trainers every week.  There are about 20 or more dogs in each group class, with 2 trainers per class. The trainers are very impressed with how sweet she is.  That’s a nod to you and the pedigree of your dogs, as well as how you raise your puppies.”
June 18:  “When we walk in the evenings, a little girl about 4 years old always asks if she can pet my dog and of course I tell her she can after Rainey sits. She always pets her head and hugs her neck. Rainey always gives her a couple of kisses of course. Her parents just stand back and let her love on Rainey. It’s pretty cute.”

Rainey at 3 years 4 months

May 31 (no photos):  “Rainey graduated into the group class a week early!  I’m pretty excited.  They think she could get her CGC at any time and maybe be ready to enroll in their next therapy dog training session.  She’s such a good girl!  They love her! All the trainers there comment on what a good dog she is.  She gets excited to see everyone when I take her in the building.  That makes me feel good as to how well she’s been treated there.”
May 20:  “She seemed a little confused when I left her at the trainer’s this morning.  The only other time I left her like that was when she was spayed.  This is a message from the trainer, ‘Rainey is such a sweet and smart girl!  We’ve been having a blast with her today.”
May 11:  “Rainey wants to wish you and Lovely a Happy Mother’s Day!”

Rainey at 3 years 3 months
May 7 (no photos):  “I signed Rainey up with a training group called ‘Sit Means Sit’ to train her so she can be certified as a therapy dog.  Today they evaluated her. I dropped her off at 10:30 and picked her up at 4:00.  That’s for four days and then she and I go all day Saturday to train us together. It’s about a 45-minute drive for me to get her there today, but it was an hour and half getting back.  All freeway driving.   By the way,  they were pretty smitten with her but everyone is.  Yeah they loved her. One of the trainers has always had GSD’s and said she the most beautiful one he’s ever seen. The rest of them said she will make a great therapy dog because she’s so engaging and extremely sweet.  I want Rainey to touch someone like the stories of your therapy dogs helping people.  She’s so special, I want to share that. A lot f people are drawn to her.  When I have company, she’s always inviting them to play.  And she has a knack of drawing them in to it.  You did a fabulous job with her.  The head trainer asked for your information.  I sent him to your website.  He mentioned again how beautiful she is.  She starts training May 20-24, then has two follow-ups – one there and one at home. Then she starts group class and then therapy class. I’m excited!”
